Payment
We accept full payment at registration as well as weekly pre-authorized credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Interac, and cash). Your child’s spot is reserved only once payment is received.
A $50 administrative fee per week is required. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. No personal cheques will be accepted.
YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND CAMP UNLESS PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
After June 1, all cancellations will be charged a $50 fee per cancelled week. Once a week has started, refunds will not be considered unless a medical certificate is provided.
If a refund is approved, the $50 administrative fee will be deducted, and the refund will be calculated pro-rated based on the number of days your child attended that week, issued as a credit only.
Absence from day camp does not constitute withdrawal from the program. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted by phone. An official cancellation form must be completed for your request to be processed.
No refunds will be issued two weeks after the last day of camp. No changes will be accepted after the Monday preceding the registered camp week.
Please remember to provide the payer’s Social Insurance Number (SIN) for your Relevé 24 tax receipt.
